We may offer downloadable digital products, software-related resources, development services, and links to third-party products or services. Product descriptions, included files, compatibility details, and prices are shown on the relevant page or at checkout. Please review them before ordering.

Prices may be shown in INR for customers selecting India and in USD for international customers. The checkout will show the payment method available for the selected billing country. Indian checkout may use UPI through Cashfree; international checkout may use PayPal. Orders are not confirmed until the payment provider confirms successful payment. If a payment is pending or fails, do not assume that an order is complete even if your bank temporarily shows an authorization or debit.

You must provide accurate contact and billing information. You are responsible for applicable taxes and charges as required by law. Any tax treatment or amount shown at checkout and on an invoice will depend on the product, transaction, and applicable legal requirements.

After the payment provider confirms successful payment, we will normally send the purchased ZIP file or secure download instructions to the email address supplied at checkout within 24 hours. This is a target, not a guarantee where payment verification, email-provider filtering, security checks, or technical outages intervene. Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders first. If the product has not arrived within 24 hours, contact us from the email address used at checkout and provide your order ID or payment reference. We may verify the transaction before re-sending the file. You are responsible for entering a correct, accessible email address. We do not request or store your full card number, CVV, or UPI PIN.

Unless a product page or separate written license says otherwise, purchased digital files are licensed to the purchaser for their own lawful use. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense, or share paid files as a standalone product, or remove ownership notices, unless you have written permission or the product’s license expressly allows it. Third-party components remain subject to their own licenses.

Digital products are supplied as downloadable files or by email after payment verification. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, we do not offer voluntary refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed. Please review the product description, included features, compatibility, licence, and requirements before purchasing. This policy does not exclude or limit any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded. If you are charged more than once, payment is confirmed but no order is created, delivery fails, or a file is materially corrupted or materially different from its description, contact us promptly so we can investigate and provide any remedy required by applicable law. A support request does not automatically guarantee a refund; the appropriate remedy depends on the facts and applicable law.

We may suspend access or cancel an order where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, security abuse, or unlawful activity, subject to applicable law.

Website content, branding, original materials, and digital products are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to you. Any rights not expressly granted are reserved.

We aim to keep the website and products accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every product will be compatible with every environment. Except where prohibited by law or expressly stated in writing, the website and materials are provided on an “as available” basis. You are responsible for maintaining backups and testing software in your own environment before production use.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, data, business, or access to third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any mandatory consumer rights.
